Getting Started

1. Obtain a quote

  • Select "Request a quote"  
  • Provide entry date and storage required
  • Availability and amount will be quoted and e-mailed

2. Accept the quote

  • After acceptance of the quote, create user profile

3. Create an account

  • Using your e-mail address, create and account 
  • An e-mail will be sent with a link to verify your e-mail address, click the link in the e-mail to confirm your account
  • Once confirmed your account is created and active

4. Lease Confirmation

  • Upload or send all required documentation for approval by Think Secure Storage
  • Sign the lease agreement
  • Payment of deposit and first months’ rental before access will be granted 

5. Moving in

  • Please visit the office for receipt of the access tag
  • Do a move-in inspection with the facility manager

6. During the tenancy

  • Tenants will have access to their storage units 24 hours a day, using their access tags
  • Ensure personal details on profile is correct
  • Payment of rent on time
  • Can change size of unit and lease term on personal profile at any time 

7. Moving out

  • 14-days written notice of intention to move out will be required - without written notice, your rental will continue on a month-to-month basis 
  • Do a moving out inspection with the facility manager 
  • If the inspection is passed, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after lease has expired 
  • Ensure all personal belongings are removed from the unit, Think Secure Storage will not accept responsibility for any goods left behind
  • Issue access tag back to the facility manager
